With more than 30 years of combined international childcare experience, Jo and Pia have now joined forces to bring a fresh, global vision to the brand, one rooted in quality, trust and care at the highest level.

Jo, based in Mallorca, has worked worldwide as a nanny, maternity nurse and early years teacher and has successfully directed the agency since its launch building a reputation for professionalism, warmth and excellence in childcare placements.
Pia, based in London, brings over 10 years of experience caring for children and supporting families around the world, including luxury ski resorts and private households.
