Maternity Nurse-Mallorca

A warm, thoughtful couple in Mallorca are seeking a highly experienced maternity nurse to welcome the arrival of their first baby 👶💛. This is a live-in role in a beautiful beachside home, with private pool house accommodation offering your own self-contained space, connected by a door.

📅 Schedule:

• 24/6 for the first two months, reviewed thereafter

• ~3 months initially, with genuine flexibility to extend

• Start date: approximately the 13th (flexibility required – possible C-section) 🤍

👶 Duties:

• Expert newborn care – feeding, sleep & routines 🍼

• Establishing healthy sleep & feeding patterns 🌙

• Guiding and mentoring first-time parents with calm confidence 💫

• Supporting recovery and family wellbeing in the early weeks

• Nursery organisation & newborn laundry 🧺

• Travel to Ireland with the family at Christmas ✈️

💫 Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent English 🇬🇧

• Right to work in EU

• Properly trained & qualified maternity nurse 🎓

• 3–4 years of consistent maternity nurse experience

• Calm, quiet, gentle, sharp & proactive

• Confident expert who knows what needs doing without being asked

• Warm, respectful & mature approach

• Excellent references essential
